When you place an order or make a reservation, we collect:

- Your delivery address and GPS location, if you order delivery (used to get your order to you and to show your driver's live location while it's on the way)
- A screenshot of your payment confirmation, if you pay by Telebirr or CBE transfer
- Any comments or feedback you choose to leave about your order or your visit
- Reservation details — date, time, and party size, if you book a table
How We Use Your Information
- To prepare, process, and deliver your order correctly
- To confirm your payment when paying by mobile money or bank transfer
- To contact you about your order if something needs clarifying
- To improve our menu and service based on feedback
Who Can See Your Information
Your order details are visible only to staff at the specific branch you ordered from — the cashier handling your order, kitchen staff preparing it, and your assigned driver if applicable. Our main office can see order activity across all branches for reporting purposes, but does not use your personal details beyond what's needed to resolve an issue with your order.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Payment Information
We do not store your card or bank account details. If you pay by Telebirr or CBE, you send payment directly through those platforms — we only receive a screenshot you provide to confirm the transfer was made.
Location Data
If you order delivery, your delivery address and GPS coordinates are used to route your order and to let you track your driver's live location. This is only ever shared with the driver assigned to your order and relevant branch staff.
Data Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for business and food-safety record-keeping purposes. If you'd like your personal information removed, you can contact us using the details below.
Your Choices
Delivery address and location sharing are only requested when you choose delivery — dine-in and takeaway orders don't require this. Leaving feedback or comments is always optional.
Children's Privacy
Our online ordering system is intended for adults placing orders for themselves or their households. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our site, please contact us using the details below and we will remove it from our records.
